Every system we build includes graduated autonomy and confidence thresholds. High-confidence actions execute automatically. Low-confidence actions are routed to a human for review. Every action is logged with full context so you can audit what the system did and why. We also run quality reviews weekly for the first 60 days after go-live to tune thresholds and catch edge cases.

Yes. We are based in Perth, WA, but we work with clients across Australia and internationally. Everything we build is delivered remotely, and we schedule calls across time zones. Most of our work requires no on-site presence.
