Workflow Automation Scoper

Tell us about one repetitive task that is eating your team’s time. We will tell you roughly how many hours a month an AI workflow could give back — and whether it is worth a 15-minute call. No email needed to see the result.

Step 1 of 3

What is the repetitive task you would like to automate?

One or two sentences. e.g. “Replying to quote enquiries by copying details into our standard template and emailing back”, “Reconciling supplier invoices against POs in Xero”, “Booking cleaning jobs from phone calls into our calendar”.

Step 2 of 3

How often does it happen?

Step 3 of 3

How long does it take a person to do it once?

Describe the task and pick frequency + duration to see the result.

How the estimate works

We multiply how often the task happens by how long it takes one person to do itto get the manual time per month. We then apply a 75% automation factor — the share of that time we typically remove from the human’s plate on the workflows Iverel builds.

That number is a planning estimate, not a quote. On the call we look at the actual task — what tools the work happens in, where the judgement calls are, and how clean the inputs are — and confirm whether the estimate holds. If it doesn’t, we say so.

Frequently Asked Questions — Workflow Automation Scoper

What does this tool actually do?

+
You describe one repetitive task in plain English, tell us how often it happens, and how long it takes a person to do once. We multiply that out and apply a conservative automation factor (75%) to estimate how many hours per month an AI workflow could give back. The result is an order-of-magnitude estimate — not a quote. The point is to see whether your specific task is worth a 15-minute call before you book.

How accurate is the hours-saved estimate?

+
It is a planning estimate, not a guarantee. The 75% automation factor is based on what we typically remove from the loop on the workflows Iverel builds — email triage, quote drafting, invoice reconciliation, scheduling, and similar. Some tasks land closer to 90% (highly templated work). Others land closer to 50% (heavier judgement). On the call we look at the actual workflow and tighten the number.

What kinds of workflows does Iverel automate?

+
Repetitive, rules-based work that already lives in cloud tools — Gmail, Outlook, Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, calendars, spreadsheets, your booking system, your CRM. The rule of thumb: if a person is doing the same kind of work several times a day or several times a week, in the same tools, with broadly the same steps each time, we can usually automate the bulk of it. We do not consult on which CRM to buy or how to write your processes — we automate the work that is already happening.

What happens after I see my hours-saved estimate?

+
You can either book a free 15-minute call (we look at the workflow with you and confirm whether the estimate holds) or leave your details and we will reply by email within one business day. There is no drip sequence and we do not pass your details to anyone else. If we do not think automation is the right call, we will tell you on the call and refer you somewhere useful.

Is this free, and do I have to give my email to see the result?

+
It is free, and no — you see your hours-saved estimate immediately, with no email gate. We only ask for contact details if you want a written reply or want to book the call.
